How do you organise your week after a layoff?, teaching assistant here

Since my layoff as a teaching assistant I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
