How do you organise your week after a layoff?, store manager here

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
