How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Spokane)

Since my layoff as a warehouse supervisor I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
