How do you organise your week after a layoff?, social media manager here

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
