How do you organise your week after a layoff?, security officer here

Since my layoff as a security officer I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
