How do you organise your week after a layoff?, security officer here

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
