How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Seattle)

Since my layoff as an HR coordinator I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
