How do you organise your week after a layoff?, school bus driver here

Since my layoff as a school bus driver I have no real structure. It has been a long 13 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
