How do you organise your week after a layoff? (San Diego)

Since my layoff as a barista I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
