How do you organise your week after a layoff? (San Diego)

Since my layoff as an accountant I have no real structure. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
