How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Salt Lake City)

Since my layoff as a line cook I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
