How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Salt Lake City)

Since my layoff as a copywriter I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
