How do you organise your week after a layoff?, retail manager here

Since my layoff as a retail manager I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
