How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Raleigh)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a retail manager before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
