How do you organise your week after a layoff?, quality inspector here

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a quality inspector before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
