How do you organise your week after a layoff?, production planner here

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a production planner before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
