How do you organise your week after a layoff?, payroll clerk here

Since my layoff as a payroll clerk I have no real structure. It has been a long 12 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
