How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Omaha)

Since my layoff as a school bus driver I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
