How do you organise your week after a layoff?, office manager here

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and my days blur together. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
