How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Nashville)

Since my layoff as a teaching assistant I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
