How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Minneapolis)

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
