How do you organise your week after a layoff?, marketing coordinator here

Since my layoff as a marketing coordinator I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
