How do you organise your week after a layoff?, marketing coordinator here

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
