How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Little Rock)

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
