How do you organise your week after a layoff?, janitorial supervisor here

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
