How do you organise your week after a layoff?, janitorial supervisor here

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
