How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Jacksonville)

Since my layoff as a quality inspector I have no real structure. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
