How do you organise your week after a layoff?, HR coordinator here

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
