How do you organise your week after a layoff?, hotel front-desk agent here

Since my layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I have no real structure. It has been a long 12 weeks. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
