How do you organise your week after a layoff?, hotel front-desk agent here

Since my layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
