How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Honolulu)

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a paralegal before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
