How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and my days blur together. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
