How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
