How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
