How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
