How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
