How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and my days blur together. It has been a long 22 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
