How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
