How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
