How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a graphic designer I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
