How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
