How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and my days blur together. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
