How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and my days blur together. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
