How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a machine operator I have no real structure. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
