How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
