How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a teaching assistant I have no real structure. It has been a long 18 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
