How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
