How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. It has been a long 6 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
