How do you organise your week after a layoff? - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
