How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
